WELCOME TO DRUMAZON!

Started in 2016 by Marie Batchelder and Dan Humphries, we are a team of musicians who are all completely passionate about what we do. We specialise in importing many brands into the UK and we stock all of your favourite mainstream brands too. Over the years we’ve become well known for our Pre-Loved section which is where you will find many exceptional examples of kits, snares and cymbals from yesteryear.

NEW! CARDIFF STORE OPENING SOON

We are in the process of moving to a new premises which we believe will now be our forever home! The new store has over 4000 sq feet of all things drum. Inside we have show rooms, demo facilities and media facilities for our Video, Audio and Photographic content. If you do decide to make the trip to come and see us you will be met with a warm welcome,an extensive array of equipment, all of which you can try with professional advice & support from our team every step of the way.

For customers who can’t visit our store, our website is full of reviews, in-depth photos, video and audio, all created in-house. Every picture you will see and word you will read here is created by us for you. If you are an online customer, our same team are ready to help by phone or email with any questions you may have regarding our products & shipping etc. We ship products all around the world every day and we are very good at it! We have a dedicated warehouse team who are expert at getting everything packed for the journey ahead.

DRUMFLIX

Our Drumflix channel on YouTube features perfomances which are recorded live on our show room floor. We are extremely fortunate to have Paiste Artist Rocky Morris taking care of principle drumming duties with musical support provided by our very own Aggy, Daniel Sinclair & Dan H.

DRUMAOKE

Like with Drumflix we believe drums go best with Music. That’s why every year we run Drumaoke at the UK Drum Show. Set up right in the middle of our exhibition retail stand Drumaoke gives drummers of all ages an opportunity to play with our live band featuring our very own Marie (vocals) & Daniel Sinclair (Bass) plus special guests. Sound at these events is handled by live sound engineer James Samuel who you might just meet if you ever buy or sell a drum set to us. In addition to Drumaoke, our full retail team is on hand to show you all the very latest drum and cymbal gear. For the last two years our exhibition partners have been Korg UK who we work alongside to bring you Mapex, Paiste, Vic Firth and Sakae. At the time of going to press our next UK Drum Show is set for September 2023 in Liverpool which will be the fifth time we have exhibited there.

Whilst our speciality has always been our Website and Worldwide Distribution we like to think we deliver the same exceptional service to both our customers online and at our Cardiff Store.

All of our equipment is available for sale via mail order which can be done over the phone or straight through the website. All of the equipment we offer online is available from stock and we take a great pride in physically picturing, recording and videoing our actual stock 'in-house'. The website will clearly show any items that go out of stock by greying them out. Our website won't take an order for a product we can't immediately ship. All items in stock can be with you the Next Day except on Sundays though we do have Sunday services available by special arrangement.

If you have questions we are available on the phone between 10am and 6pm everyday and we aim to respond to e-mails with-in one hour or less. We also run an active Facebook Page, a YouTube channel with product reviews and an Instagram feed all of which are regularly monitored too.

DRUMAZON CATALOGUE

Remember obsessing over catalogues? We do! In a world that is going more and more online we wanted to produce something physical for our customers. We produced our first full colour catalogue in 2018 featuring lots of information about all the instruments we offer. We launched our sixth edition in 2023 with our Seventh in the works for 2024. All of these catalogues are available to pick up in-store and we send a copy out with every online order sent out too. If you would like a copy sent to you, simply send us an email with your address and we will post one out to you.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT & ADVICE

We pride ourselves on the experience of our team and we can offer second to none support or advise on anything (drum related that is)

EDUCATION SERVICES

We have worked with many Schools and can offer training, install, support and supply. We offer discounts for education facilities and students. If you are involved with a qualifying facility please get in touch with us to register an account for education. All of our stock is available for demonstration in Cardiff, we actively encourage this! Our staff are all involved in Drumming, Tuition, Music Production and Recording, we aim to bring the highest standard of service be it on the phone, via e-mail or in person and we want to understand and accommodate your personal needs.
