Here we have a beautiful and very special Dunnett Koa / Carbon Fibre Snare Drum. This one was originally made in 2011 and is signed inside by Ronn Dunnett. This snare features a Tube Lug design, Triple Flanged Hoops, Koa outer ply over carbon fibre, the R4 throw off and the Hypervent 1.
The sound of this drum is quite out of this world! It's warm and has an extremely deep voice whilst maintaining the sensitivity typical of a wood shell snare.
The drum is in 9/10 condition, it still has the original Dunnett Branded heads fitted and the originally supplied 42 strand snare wire.
A nice touch worth mentioning is that the snare is double badged, combining this with the swivel position R4 throw means that this drum can be set up properly and aesthetically pleasing for left handed players.
