HHG DRUMS 4 PIECE BLACK WALNUT DRUM KIT, NATURAL GLOSS (EX-PRESS KIT SPECIAL)

Offered for sale here is our HHG press kit. This kit has been with us since 2018 and used for display and some light demonstration. We have plans for new kits and snares from HHG so it's time for this one to make way for the new. The kit is offered with a huge 50% discount which means someone will get an absolute American Made bargain!

This kit features Black Walnut shells and a vertical outer ply of walnut.

HHG Black Walnut ply drums produce a warm woody tone with a bit of enhanced low end, and darkness. It is punchy, warm, and most of all articulate.

The hardware on this kit is simple, effective, and elegant. The lugs are a 1" chrome over brass classic design tube lugs. The kick drum features super heavy duty telescoping bass drum Spurs with three position detents and Sonor DieCast Claws. The floor tom features super sturdy 12.7 mm floor tom legs with memory locks for easy setup.

Each Tom has a single die-cast air vent, and the kick drum features two air vents, situated discreetly behind situated discreetly behind the Spurs. All of the drums feature antique silver die-cast HHG badges with leather backing.

The drums are all finished in Natural High Gloss which really brings out the Walnut grain pattern. The inside of each shell as well as bearing edges have been treated with HHG's proprietary mix of waxes and oils to help Preserve the wood of these drums keep them protected from any changes in the moisture. This also allows the bearing edges to seat more easily against the drum head while removing friction between the drumhead and shell to facilitate easier tuning. In addition it makes these some of the best smelling drums in the business too!
