Mapex have just released a brand new 'top of the line' range of Signature Series Design Lab Snare Drums. These drums all feature unique specifications such as the Artist's personal choice of heads & snare wire. Another first on this range is the inclusion of the Trick multi step throw off systems complete with Mapex branding.

Here we have the Chris Adler Warbird. This is an updated version of the original Warbird model with new optimised features.

The Warbird has a unique 12" diameter and a 100% Walnut shell. This updated version still has a sharp and aggressive attack, with an amazing bite. The new staggered lug design adds an enormously wide tuning range and the Puresound snares gives unparalleled sensitivity, with a dark, punchy and explosive sound.

Personalised features on the new Warbird include Chris Adler's preference of Evans heads and Puresound snare wires.
