Here we have a truly one off Pearl Masterworks snare drum, finished in Artisan Green Tamo with Tribal Graphics. We always love it when a Masterworks comes in but this has to be one of the best yet! The finish is a translucent green over highly figured tamo with black sparkle tribal graphics, the look is finished off with Pearl's flawless chrome hardware. This finish was originally developed for the 2005 Namm and Frankfurt Pearl displays and this actual snare formed part of the Frankfurt display which was a monster 4 bass drum set up with lots of toms, floors and snares.

This snare formed what would become the early Reference snare recipe with a 6 lug spec that was later changed to an 8 lug. This 6 lug spec is really interesting allowing the drum to be tuned lower and fatter. It gives a great feel too with bags of dig.

Condition wise this snare is in excellent condition. It has come from a collector who we have bought Masterworks kits and snares from before and they are always in exceptional shape.
