The Rick Marotta Signature Hipgig drum set packs a powerful punch in a small package. The easiest and fastest kit to set up, move around with one hand and tear down that fits in just about any vehicle.

The Rick Marotta signature hipgig offers drummers a shell pack that can be packed into a compact case for easy transport. When packed up, the two tom toms and snare drum fit neatly into the two-piece bass drum.

Height adjustment on the pedal side of the bass drum is possible with the pipe post stabilizer. Use of this system ensure that the beater makes contact at the center of the head. The stabilizer fits into a pipe clamp on the underside of the drum that allows quick and easy adjustment of the height. The post is equipped with a memory clamp that ensures subsequent settings will be quick and precise every time, while a pair of supports provides added stability.

The kit we have here also comes with the matching Rick Marotta signature drum throne, these are super hard to come by, Like the bass drum, the throne opens up and can comfortably carry all of the hardware for the kit. The package includes everything you see in the pictures, the set benefits from brand new tom holders throughout and new cymbal arms plus the original Yamaha Hi-Hat Stand.

We have fully re-headed the kit all in Evans. All the toms have G2 clear over Genera Reso, the Snare Has G1 Coated over Reso 300 and the bass drum has the special Tom Collar model EMAD Batter and EQ3 Black Reso with Yamaha decal.

The condition of the kit can be split in to two categories. The toms and snare are in very good condition, the bass drum and throne are more scratched (please see the pictures)
