Here we have the incredible new Continental from Ludwig in a special 1 up 2 down configuration. If you love the John Bonham look but want some more everyday sizes this could be the one for you! Three years in development, an International team of drum experts collated their ideas with the goal of launching an intermediate series of kits designed for any performance and suited to the European market.

Based on classic Ludwig designs, the Continental series offers instrumentalists a unique hybrid maple shell that provides a focus like no other. Offering a colourful palette of sounds, as found in the Ludwig U.S. manufactured kits; Continental is available in size configurations specified to the European player.

There are some great features here such as the Vibra band Rims mount on the 12" tom, Mini Classic Lugs which are now offered in a slightly larger variant for the bass drum giving the kit a more balanced look. The bass drum also features matching inlayed bass drum hoops and Ludwig's tried and tested Elite bass drum spur.1 Up, 2 Down Configuration
