PEARL MASTERS PREMIUM MAPLE (MRP) 6 PIECE DRUM KIT, CANARY YELLOW SPARKLE LACQUER (PRE-LOVED)

Here we have the flagship drum kit from the Pearl Masters range. The MRP is Pearl's premium maple 4 ply shell (previously know as the MMX, the same shell offered as a part of Masterworks). Like the Masterworks and Reference the MRP was made in the Taiwan facility. This particular set was part of a very limited run offering the signature Dennis Chambers colour combo of Canary Yellow Sparkle Lacquer with Black Hardware. Dennis has many Masters MMX, MRP and Reference series kits placed around the globe in this colour, famously used for gigs with Steely Dan, Santana and many more. The colour was available to special order as a Reference colour but this run of kits was the only time it was made available to the public as part of the Masters series. The set offers top flight specifications such as the Aluminium OptiMount suspension systems, Stainless Steel Tension Rods, Mastercast DieCast hoops, SP300 Bass Drum Spurs and a 30 stage+ Hi Gloss Sparkle Lacquer finish with matching wood bass drum hoops. All of the metal work is finished in Pearl's incredible Black Lacquer, which is probably the most durable black finished hardware on the market.

The MRP is the highest specification Masters that Pearl ever offered, essentially this is on par with the Masterworks series in terms of premium components and was built in the same factory. This is a seriously feature packed kit. The condition of the kit is like new too, the kit appears to have been barely ever used, it is literally squeaky clean.

Certainly one of the finest kits Pearl have ever made, the sparkle in the colour is slightly tricky to catch, we have done some soft focus shots to give you a better idea of just how incredible this finish looks!
